To support our graduating BUeños, the Bicol University Order of the Blue Feather Society proudly launches the Abot-Kamay na Alampay Project (AKAP) — a donation and lending initiative that aims to provide alampays to our seniors in need. More than just a project, AKAP is about fostering unity, embracing our traditions, and passing on the spirit of paying it forward.
